avoiding-office-back-painThere are not many ways to remove back pain. Amy rice a physiotherapist says that mostly people complain about developing ongoing pain rather than immediate pain from an injury.

Many of these pains do not come from lifting huge weights but rather from just sitting quietly in an office

Some tips to avoid developing back pain,

Make sure you are sitting in right position: It’s mainly to do with how your work surface is organised. There should be appropriate levels for your elbows when you are working at a desk or on a computer.

Your feet should be in right position that means it should be touching the floor in if they are not touching then you should put foot rest under your feet to make it a correct level.

Check for back of your chair because every person has different settings for their chair. The chair should have adjustable back so that the angle can be adjusted according to one’s comfort level.

Pay attention to your work area, the position of the monitor should be at the right angle so that your can see comfortably without having any problem such as having to lean to far forward.

Mostly people sit close to the keyboard and have trouble with their neck because they are sat in an odd position so they can see the monitor.

The correct place for your work should be right in front of your eyes, not at a slight angle.

Make other good health choices, many people thinks that smoking is nothing to do with back pain but researchers have revealed that smokers are having twice the chance of succumbing to back pain as compared to non smokers.

Drinking lots of water, exercising regularly and having good sleep can help you to reduce the back pain.
